CH32M103 is an industrial-grade motor microcontroller designed based on QingKe RISC-V core.CH32M103 has built-in 24V 3-phase P+N gate drive and high-voltage LDOs, built-in USB and PD PHY, support for PDUSB, including USB Host and USB Device functions, USB PD and Type-C fast charging functions, built-in low-power timer, provides a set of OPAs, 2 sets of CMPs, 4 sets of USART, 2×I2C interfaces, 1 SPI interface, 1 CAN interface, multi-group timer, 12-bit ADC, 10-channel touch-key and other rich peripheral resources.
