  • HAPTIC_DRIVERS

The TFA9894D is a high-efficiency 10 V boosted Class-D haptic driver IC with a sophisticated smart haptic and LRA protection algorithm. It can deliver up to 5.6 W (AVG) output power to an 8 Ohm LRA, at a battery supply voltage of 4.0 V. The internal boost converter raises the supply voltage to 10 V, providing ample headroom for major improvements in LRA performance of clean haptic effects and audio display features. Unlike the competing solutions, the adaptive haptic boost algorithm uses feedback to accurately calculate both the temperature, the excursion, and resonance frequency. This allows the TFA9894D to adapt to changes in the LRA conditions. It enables audio display, audio to haptic, and short click use cases.

  • GVW8366B

The proprietary programmable capability of receive pulse number enables single frame image with HDR (High Dynamic Range). The firmware architecture of pseudo random pulse train can greatly reduce the interference of multi devices.

  • GD8573B

The GD8573B is a laser driver chip that works with the ToF image sensor for depth measurement. It controls a laser to operate in per set conditions of optical power, frequency, and duty cycle, providing functions such as automatic power control, human eye safety protection and overheating protection.

  • GLS6155

Optical Sensors - Ambient Light, IR, UV Sensors

With Charge-type architecture, GLS6155 comes with features of high sensitivity and extremely low dark current noise. Through high-speed sampling, it captures the blanking of the screen in a very short period. Thus, it minimizes the interference of screen light and allows hardware-level high-precision measurement of correlated color temperature and illuminance. It also supports algorithm-based screen light interference reduction solution, which allows software-level high-precision measurement of correlated color temperature and illuminance. Placing LED or VCSEL in the ultra-narrow bezel of a device allows unrestricted proximity sensing; if the LED or VCSEL light source is placed under the screen, proximity sensing in the off-screen state can be achieved, and the proximity sensing in the on-screen state can be achieved with screen touch controller.
