The MAX2351/MAX2354/MAX2358/MAX2359/MAX2530/MAX2531/MAX2537/MAX2538/MAX2539 family of multiband LNA/Mixer ICs is optimized for CDMA, GSM, and TDMA applications in both cellular and PCS bands. In addition, the MAX2530/MAX2531/ MAX2537/MAX2538/MAX2539 ICs feature a GPS LNA/mixer signal path for E911 and Traveler Assistance applications. The cellular and PCS signals can be routed to either IF port. For example, one IF port can be connected to an IF filter with 30kHz bandwidth, while the other port can drive an IF filter with a wider bandwidth. The GPS band has its own IF port. To optimize dynamic range at minimum current, the MAX2351/MAX2354/MAX2358/MAX2359/MAX2530/MAX2531/MAX2537/MAX2538/MAX2539 implement multiple LNA and mixer states, including high gain/high linearity, high gain/low linearity, mid gain, low gain, and ultra low gain. In high-gain/high-linearity mode, the high-intercept LNA minimizes desensitization in the presence of a large interfering signal. For the other gain states, the LNA current is reduced to improve standby time. Each band is implemented with a separate mixer to optimize performance for the specific band, and each mixer provides multiple linearity modes to optimize linearity and current consumption. The ultra-low gain mode operates with very little current, which results in significant power savings because the handset typically spends most of its time in this mode. Applications E911 and Traveler Assistance through GPS GSM/TDMA Cellular Phones Triple-Band, Quadruple-Mode PCS/Cellular Handsets

Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO) Regulators
The MAX25307/MAX25308 are a two/three-output linear regulator family that deliver up to 600mA on channel 1 and up to 300mA on channels 2 and 3 with only 37μV RMS of output noise from 10Hz to 100kHz. These regulators maintain ±1.25% output accuracy over a wide input voltage range, requiring only 155mV (max) of input-to-output headroom at full load. The 1.95mA maximum no-load supply current is independent of dropout voltage. Each output is factory programmable between 0.6V to 3.7875V in 12.5mV steps. No external components are needed except for the input, output, and bypass capacitors. Each output has an independent enable input and active-low RESET output. Applications Infotainment Systems Point of Load Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The MAX25322 is an ASIL-C compliant high-efficiency dual switching regulator which delivers up to 6A (peak) load current per output from 0.5V to 1.5875V in 12.5mV steps and 1.6V to 3.8V in 50mV steps. The IC operates from 3V to 5.5V, making it ideal for on-board point-of-load and post regulation applications. Total output error is less than ±1.0% over load, line, and temperature. The MAX25322 features fixed-frequency PWM mode operation with a switching frequency of 2.1MHz or 3.2MHz. The high-frequency operation allows for an all-ceramic capacitor design with small external components. The low-resistance on-chip switches ensure high efficiency at heavy loads while minimizing critical inductances, making the layout a much simpler task with respect to discrete solutions. Following a simple layout and footprint ensure first-pass success in new designs. The device features the MAXQ ® power architecture, which provides precision transient performance and phase margin. This allows obtaining the maximum power, performance, and precision from the converter over a very wide range of configurations. The MAX25322 provides independent enable input for each channel. The output voltage is preset at the factory to allow customers to achieve ±1% output-voltage accuracy without using expensive 0.1% resistors. The devices offer factory-programmable soft-start and active-low RESET times. The devices include over-temperature shutdown and overcurrent limiting features. All devices are designed to operate from –40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range. Applications Secondary Regulator for SoC/MCU Supply
